NEWSLETTER Issue: 4.01

DEPUTY HEAD'S VIEW
Welcome back everyone to Term 4. I trust you all had a good break and are now ready for the term ahead.. As ever, another few busy weeks lie ahead with fun activities and wonderful opportunities for cross curricular learning.

This week the Year 5 children have been participating in the annual residential trip to Kilve Outdoor Centre in Somerset. Each of the two groups attended for 3 days and 2 nights, taking part in a wide range of outdoor activities. I'm sure we will hear more next week but, in the first instance, I would like to congratulate the children on their wonderful attitude throughout the trips. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the 8 members of staff who were able to leave their own families and commitments to ensure that the children had such a great experience.

And next week, of course, is Writing Week; another action filled week of events to inspire writing across the school. Please see the full list of activities attached to ensure not to miss out. Have fun everyone!
